The studio is very well located, in the Centre of Tarifa, the beach is just 5 minutes walk away, the old town is 3-4 minutes away, close to two large supermarkets a few 100-150 meters away, a large parking area 150 meters from the house, in the bullring area (plaza de toros), but you can also find parking next to the house. Tarifa's main avenue, Batalla del Salado is at 50 metros con todos sus comercios y bancos.

It's a quiet area, no hay discotecas ni pubs en sus cercanías.

The studio has a nice kitchen, with a large white marble countertop where you can eat nicely. The wood of the kitchen furniture is marine board oak veneer on one side and pure oak on the other side of the countertop. It has two induction hobs, a small oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Debajo de la encimera hay un espacio amplio para guardar las maletas y material de kite.

There is a large double bed 1,50 mt with canapé, so there's storage space under it. There's a sofa chaise longue, que es sofá cama y tiene también un espacio de almacenamiento debajo de parte del mismo.

On the ground floor of about 110 m2 there is a very large open-plan living room with fireplace, there is also a spacious kitchen with an island in the middle and a large bedroom.
