The studio is very well located, in the Centre of Tarifa, the beach is just 5 minutes walk away, the old town is 3-4 minutes away, two big supermarkets about 100-150 meters away, a large parking area 150 meters from the house, in the bullring area (plaza de toros), but you can also find parking next to the house. Tarifa's main avenue, Batalla del Salado is at 50 meters with all their shops and banks.

It's a quiet area, there are no nightclubs or pubs in their vicinity.

The studio has a nice kitchen, with a large white marble countertop where you can eat nicely. The wood of the kitchen furniture is marine board oak veneer on one side and pure oak on the other side of the countertop. It has two induction hobs, a small oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Under the countertop there is space to store suitcases and kite equipment.

There is a large double bed 1,50 mt with canapé, so there's storage space under it. There's a sofa chaise longue, it's a sofa bed and also has a storage space under part of it.

There are two splits of air conditioning, with cold air and heat pump, electric blinds, video intercom, the water heater is aerothermal.

The studio is on the ground floor very high with respect to the street. The windows are mirrored, giving you even more privacy, are of great quality having great thermal and acoustic insulation. It has a TV and there is also wifi included.

LONG TERM RATE:

The monthly rent would be € 750 per month with all expenses included (electricity, water, and internet), available from November to the end of May.

HOLIDAY RATE:

Maximum capacity 3 people (2 person in double bed, 1 person on sofa bed)

Minimum rent 4 nights (depending on the dates it could be rented up to 2 nights) , Final cleaning 40€ deposit of 300€.
