DESCRIPTION OF THE SEASONS: LOW From 01.10.07 to 21.12.07 (winter)
MIDDLE
From 22/12/07 to 07/01/08 (Christmas)
Conditions 1.- The client (renter) makes his demand by e-mail or fax, giving his full name, the date of arrival and departure and the number of people. 2.- We contact the owner and confirm the availability of the house/appartment and make a pre-reservation. 3.- To confirm the reservation, the client sends us by postal order 50% of the total price. 4.- SEND US BY FAX OR E-MAIL THE RECEIPT. 5.- The rest of the rental has to be paid the day of your arrival in cash and in Euros. We don’t accept Credit Cards or traveller cheques. 6.- We will ask you for a security deposit the day of your arrival of 250 Euros to 2000 Euros depending on the appartment/house your have booked. The security deposit will be given back to you the day of your departure. 7.- The times of arrival and departure are :
Arrival:
18:00 8.- In case you couldn´t arrive in our office hours, CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, we will fix an appointment to give you the keys. We don’t give an hotel service 24/24. 9.- The rental price include water, electricity and the cleaning after your departure. For rentals less than one week (7 nights), the cleaning fees will be paid by the renter. The price will be fixed when you will make the reservation of the appartment. 10.- If the renter wants a daily cleaning, it will be paid separately.
