Located in 2000m2 plot with garden, this house is cozy and alys tranquility with the proximity to Tarifa and Algeciras . It has 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen and bathroom.

The garden has a swimming pool with wooden platform, trampoline and green lawn to enjoy outdoors. The pool is covered during the winter months..

The cottage also has a porch with an equipped kitchen.

Inside are the living room-kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom is double and the other has bunk beds that sleep 4 people. The bunk beds are spacious, so an adult can also sleep in the downstairs comfortably.

The parking area is shared with the adjoining plot.

Prices for holiday rentals are:

- 130€ per night in May, Available from 15 May.

- 150€ per night in June and September.

- 200€ per night in July

- 250€ per night in August,

In all rentals will be charged € 60 final cleaning.

The house would also be rented from December to April (Included), and the rental price is € 900 per month with separate expenses (electricity, Water & Internet).
