Located on 2000 m2 of land with trees and lawn, This cottage is perfect for a holiday with children. It has a swimming pool with wood deck, a trampoline and a little tree house to enjoy a summer outdoors.

The House has a porch with an additional kitchen.

Inside you will find the open space sitting room and the kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom is double and the other has bunk beds that sleep 4 people. The bunk beds are spacious, so that an adult also can sleep in the bottom ones comfortably.

There is a parking area shared with the owners , who live in the next door plot.

NOTES:

-The pool is used by the owners when the tenants are not there. Price will vary if the use of the pool is private- The pool is NOT FENCED-Therefore this property is not recommended for children who cannot swim. It is the responsibility of parents to keep their children under surveillance. There is an alarm installed in the pool , for added peace of mind of the parents.
