Mg Real Estate – Tarifa Real Estate, is an agency with more than 35 years of experience in the real estate sector in Tarifa, The oldest office dedicated to the real estate business, our first office was called Baelo internacional s.l. and was located on the roadway, in Sancho IV el Bravo street. Later we moved to our current location in Batalla del Salado 66, when this area was practically considered as the outskirts of the city, How much Tarifa has changed since then!!
It's a family business started by my parents Myriam de Gail (former honorary consul of France in the Campo de Gibraltar) and Jesús Abad (Entrepreneur in different and varied activities), being the philosophy of the company to establish a relationship of trust and honesty with customers, resulting in people who bought with us selling with us because of the trust created due to the management carried out. I (Aitor Abbot of Gail) I have continued with the family business trying to give continuity to that same philosophy and customer service.
As for my experience I have a degree in Geography from the University of Granada, with 6 Erasmus months at the University of Reading (England), with Master in Territorial Planning, Urban Planning and Real Estate Market, and a postgraduate degree of University Specialist in Territorial Planning and Environment.
I have five years of experience in urban planning and environment working in two prestigious environmental consultancies, and as head of a Territorial Office of Urban Advice (OTAU) of the Ministry of Housing and Territorial Planning of the Junta de Andalucía. This mix of private and public experience in these sectors helps in understanding the context of the real estate market and its rules of the game..
I started working in real estate during the last years of my studies a few years ago 20 years and also alternating it with the other jobs, But since my parents retired I was full-time in the sales and rental work of the real estate.

We have acquired the status of tarifeños after 40 years living here, so we know Tarifa very well, its people, and the local market, but we know how to put ourselves in the shoes of the newcomers since we arrived at this paradise that is Tarifa having to make our way in an environment and rules of the game that we did not know to learn, and acquiring a long and extensive experience in the area and its human relations.
We know how to treat customers with tact and education, but with effective management, offering information as honest and clear as possible.
