Located in the urbanization El Cuartón 9-10km from Tarifa, 10 minutes by car from Tarifa and its beaches. El Cuartón is a very quiet place where you can enjoy the peace of the countryside but well connected, accessible and surrounded by 2 natural parks. There are beautiful views of the sea with the Strait of Gibraltar and in the background Morocco – Africa!!. There are beautiful routes that can be done from here, walking and mountain biking. it is 10 minutes drive to Algeciras and its shopping centers, shops and hospitals.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, a large kitchen fully equipped and a table for 4 people, a living room and a separate room used as a dining room.

It has on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, The fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a dining room with access to the terrace and barbecue area.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with 3 Double beds, and another bathroom, One of the bedrooms has a terrace with fantastic sea views, to the Strait of Gibraltar and Africa.

There are terraces with wooden floors around the pool overlooking the strait and a built-in barbecue where you can organize pleasant meals.

It has a plot of about 2.000 m2, and a nice pool, surrounded by a green lawn.

Underfloor heating with pellet boiler, all rooms in the house are heated, included bathrooms and kitchen and have temperature controller each of them. Does not have air conditioning, not being necessary, except for very specific days since the house is very well thermally insulated and summers are quite cool in El Cuarton, due to the height and the wind that cools the weather quite a bit. In the living room has a large fireplace inserted with door, all enclosures have armored glass (8+8m 12mm and 4 4mm gas chamber). the blinds of the sliding slopes of the porch and the balcony of the room are electric. Has hot water (Acs) with solar panels and 80l electric thermos support.

It is a perfect house for one or two families.
